"If you want to send your kids to the wild west, where the only rules are there are no rules, and definitely NO CONSEQUENCES, this is the place for you! I had my two kids at Joyful Noise for 2+ years. Unfortunatley the staff has turned over and it isn't what it used to be. Staff is more interested in their cell phones, major lack of attention and supervision, staff don't even know when fights happen - some got in a fight and it started and finished and not a single member of staff knew it even happened, my son and his friend had to tell me. The fighting become a regular occurance it seemed, with ZERO consequences for those who REGULARLY start the fights. There are some great people who still work there but...overall a sad decline from several years ago."
