"If I could give them zero stars I would. Staff and supervisors are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to pull my daughter from criterion due to one of their service coordinators Beth Lambert Moody had a personal issue with me that stemmed from my daughter’s former daycare. It affected my daughters services. I brought this situation to the supervisor Lucy St.Germain. She did nothing to resolve the issue and tried to brush it under the rug. I asked that my daughter records be mailed to me which this Lucy woman said would be mailed out that day. It’s been a month and half and I still haven’t seen them. Please choose another agency in the area. This place is absolutely horrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."
