"1/26/2024 edit: Updating my review as there seems to be significant improvement in the issues I have noted in the original review. Definitely seems like more staff have been hired and calls are returned much faster than before. Has also been easier getting our children seen when sick so very pleased with the improvements we are seeing. Also just want to say Dr. Valade is fantastic and we are very happy to have her care for our children. She was the only reason we stuck it out through the earlier issues! Thanks for listening to the feedback and improving the issues. Original review below: To echo the other reviewers, it is impossible to get to talk to someone here. When you call you wait forever (I've been waiting almost an hour now) or wait hours or days for a call back. For normal care they are fine but an absolute joke when your child is sick and needs seeing unscheduled. If you come here prepare to need to go to urgent care when your child gets sick."

"This place is great for law mandated appointments however, you're better off just going to Urgent Care or ER if your child/infant is sick. At least the wait time average there might be as high as 2 hours but that's about 2 hours faster than waiting for these guys to answer the phone."
