"I used to go for dysport and it was good, but when I decided to do my lips I went to them because I trusted them and I was a model for cannula. They gave me some discount for that but I would have preferred to pay the whole price to get the right results. Because it was a learning experience and the injector was trying to learn. I knew that it was not right in my right side because she was having difficulties in getting the cannula where it was supposed to be to inject the lip correctly. As a result the right side of the lip didn’t get enough filler and I told them I wasn’t happy with the results. I contacted them and they said they will fix it but when the time to fix it came, after waiting for a month they said they cannot guarantee the results and to fix it they will give me a 50. discount and I had to pay for a half of syringe. I feel that if it was a human error they will fix it, but I have to pay $400. more. For that results I would have paid the full price on the way they knew how to inject the lip fillers and would have the results I expected because they knew what they were doing. I liked the business, the employees but I wasn’t happy with the way they handled my dissatisfaction with having my lip filled in one side and the right side with less filler. Just know that if you don’t get the results you want you will have to pay for them to fix it because there’s no guarantees. I will have to go to another business and pay to fix my wrong filled lips."
