"This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had work done two years ago, not only did it take forever to get my sled back but I also ordered a bumper that I never received. I have messaged consistently over the last two years only to have been pushed off an ignored. When I was responded to, I was told the bumper was ordered in the wrong color and to wait again. I recently asked for a refund, and was again ignored. I have heard this happens pretty often, and I do not recommend working with Rob. Over $300 wasted. I ended up ordering another bumper last week and just received it in the mail, so I can confirm there are no back order issues."
