"Went there to return some shoes that came in the mail with cosmetic defects. Sign says they will be closing at 6pm and it’s only 1:30pm and the lights are on but the doors are locked and they are closed. Very poor management."
"The last two times I came to this store it was in the middle of the day around 12 or 1 and both times the lights on and the sign said open but the doors were locked. How am I supposed to know the hours if they are never consistent."
"I called ahead to see if they had a particular pair of boots for my son, a nice young woman answered and "yes we do". She then asked what size, confirmed they were in stock and asked me if I'd like them put at the register. I said yes, upon arrival she handed me the box, my son tried them on and we purchased them. I believe it took us no more than 5 minutes to purchase the boots. To top it off the Wolverine boots were much cheaper than all the other locations in the surrounding area!! Thanks "Famous Footwear"!"
