Sol Spa, located at 212c Orleans Road in Chatham, Massachusetts, is a unique institution specializing in bodywork therapies for proper body form and function. Our team of expert bodyworkers have diverse backgrounds in various modalities such as massage therapy, shiatsu, physical therapy, nursing, chiropractic assistance, acupressure, personal training, yoga therapy, and muscular rehabilitation. We work closely with area physicians and holistic practitioners to ensure our clients' health and well-being through their physical structures.

At Sol Spa, our goal is to assist the body in maintaining proper function of the musculoskeletal system. Our holistic approach combines biomechanics and energy medicines to provide a whole health spa experience. From the moment you step through our doors, our focus is on your complete relaxation, not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well.

In addition to our bodywork therapies, we offer spa treatments designed to improve the health of your skin. Using only all-natural products made by spa owner Jannell and local botanical artisans, we are committed to treating your skin with respect. Our products, including locally sourced botanicals and seaweeds, are also available for purchase.

Please note that we accept cash, credit, and local checks for services, and gift certificates may not be used to purchase packages. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and no-shows will be charged full price plus a 20% gratuity. Our credit card processing company assesses a 4% fee on services, so we also accept cash and Venmo.
