"Not impressed with the amenities and quality of my service. I received a deep tissue massage and my therapist just kept putting her elbow in my back in the same spot over and over. The hot sauna was very nice along with the people. It was not an impressive location and felt like you were in a dingy basement."

"The spa is nice and clean with standard amenities but I was disappointed to pay close to $300 for a 60-minute deep tissue massage for a very specific area of my back, which I told the masseuse about ahead of time, only for her to focus on areas I didn’t care about. I left the massage still in pain and sore in the trouble spot. I also told her this, and was willing to spend more money for additional time but unfortunately the spa was booked up for the day. She told me to try a steam shower. I get deep tissue massages frequently back home in New York and it’s always been my experience that a therapist will focus on a specific area of need as requested. The services are also half the price and gratuity is up to the customer’s level of satisfaction. At this spa, every therapist makes the same gratuity no matter their quality of service. If you’re in the area on vacation, I would recommend sticking to your spa at home, which I wish I would’ve done, and spending your time elsewhere in the area. The amenities aren’t nice enough nor the level of service high enough to warrant the prices."

"I come here every year while on vacation but my review is about my experience this time. If you are looking for a great deep tissue massage, Bridget is simply amazing, one of the best ones I’ve had at this spa. I wish I would have done two hours!"

"Overall my treatment experience was great! My massage therapist Yuli asked enough questions to get the pressure correct but was not overly talkative. Unfortunately, there appeared to be a staff shortage based on the fact that no one gave us a tour of the facility, there were no clean flip flops when my group arrived, towels were spilling outside the hamper, a lack of towels preventing showers after treatment for some in my party, and snacks and remnants were not promptly cleaned up in relaxation lounge. Additionally, the hot tub while warm was not working properly. To elevate the experience despite the staff shortage, I recommend adding more hampers and garbage cans so guests can dispose of items easily. Additional signage should indicate where to put what and clarify things that would have been included on the tour. I would try this place again because of the quality of my massage."
