I finally requested to schedule an appointment and she didn't get back to me after several days so I showed up at the requested time and the office was completely closed, with no response on the phone when I called the number on the door. She has been completely uncommunicative and I have already switched to a different local agent."

I have been trying for MONTHS to contact my agent to get more information on what I need. NO ANSWER. I have been sending countless emails. NO ANSWER. I even went to the office in person and scheduled an appointment! NO ONE WAS THERE! Zero stars. I am now changing my agency as we speak."

"If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer care. There is no way to reach these guys. Stay away from Allstate and specifically Denise Simmons. After calling 10 times in the past month and spelling my first and last names character by character 10 times to her assistant (which I suspect has a hearing difficulty), I am still waiting for a simple response to see if I qualify for a reimbursement for a towing service. Denise personally never responds to any email or voicemail and you will never succeed to reach her in the first place. I have had a very poor experience with these guys and the only reason I have not changed my insurance company/agent is that I simply do not have the time to deal with it. I moved to Boston from another state and needed to get my DL and register my car in Massachusetts. If you are familiar with such change, your queue would be different from an in-state registration in DMV and the forms need to be filled differently. Denise made a mistake in filling my forms (2 times) and I was not able to reach her many times that I called and I ended up driving to Boston downtown DMV 3 times (half an hour drive one way, an hour drive two ways and add DMV waiting time to that). Eventually, she hung up the phone on me and left me speechless of how rude and irresponsible an agent could be."

"Denise made the process of changing over my insurance and vehicle registration from Alabama to Massachusetts a completely stress-free experience. I was able to have my paperwork dropped off at the RMV (so I didn't have to wait in that 2+hour line) and I was able to easily pickup my plates and paperwork from the office. All in all, I highly recommend Denise for all your insurance needs."
