"Do not… I repeat DO NOT start insurance with this woman… This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company/agent. I work in the field of insurance, I am very familiar with the ins and outs of an insurance agency, and this office, and this agent is terrible, I signed up to try and save some money, I was quoted one price, after the first month, the price increased, and two weeks later, it increased again, they added discounts and remove discounts almost every other day for the first few weeks which completely screwed up my premium , and when I tried to reach out to the office, no one answered EVER, so I emailed and left voicemails and never received a call or message back. I then went onto the Farmers app to try and do a quote for a second vehicle, and the app informed me that I didn’t have an agent even though I started my policy through this office. It was just one thing after another. I had referred my cousin and a few other colleagues over to this insurance, and they have all experienced the same negative experience with her. do yourself a favor, and Call somewhere else because signing up with this woman will be the biggest mistake you make."
