"Went in to get my couple day old puncture wound checked out for signs of infection. Was laughed at and told there was no wound, nothing there. Felt very uncomfortable."
"My husband went last Friday for bronchitis. I asked him if they gave him an antibiotic, they didn't. Only prescribed him a pill for cough. Here where are, 5 days later he is no better. Going to have to go elsewhere and pay another copay. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. Also. He has been sick on and off for 3 weeks now, not the type of person to get sick or even go to the doctors. The was no need to wait on an antibiotic."
"Went in for allergies. Seemed like it was a sinus problem or Covid. Decided to get checked. I was given the Covid test, and proved negative. When my oxygen level was tested it was off. They called for rescue. Did not feel I needed it. Under a great amount of stress. No one listened. I was taken to the ER where they found no heart problems. 7 hrs later they attributed the spike in heart rate to stress. Breathing due to asthma which I am medicated for. Also allergies and a cold. Why did the Minuteclinic not test me for what I came in for. Know that they were concerned. But they did not handle the situation correctly. Also the Minuteclinic has a bad rep from those I was treated by. Not a good place to go."
"First experience at a CVS minute clinic was nothing short of disappointing. Nurse unable to make good judgment calls regarding how to prioritize patients and coordinate the system for clinic. Store manager was sympathetic to our concerns but did nothing about it. I would not recommend going to this location to receive care."
"My 4 year old daughter had an ear infection, so I brought her to this Minute Clinic, where my daughter's mom was there a few minutes earlier... at 12:50. The clinician was aware that a little girl would be arriving momentarily. Had the clinician been forward thinking and interested in putting my toddler FIRST, she would have advised my daughter's mom that she has lunch at 1pm and would then have to go. She didn't share this info. I arrived at 1pm, and at precisely 1:00:30, she walked out as a matter of fact my saying oh sorry you weren't here by 1, it's my lunch break now. Funny thing is, on my way to the Minute Clinic my daughter needed to go potty really badly, so I pulled over and stopped somewhere real quick. Had she advised my daughters mom that my daughter would need to be there before lunch, we wouldn't have had to make my poor little girl wait. Lack of vision and the non-sharing of relevant and helpful info created a negative experience. Take home: use your brain to guide customers- don't lie by omission and withhold relevant info."
