"I could not be more disappointed. I saw great reviews but I have had nothing but problems. It started when I received paperwork in the mail and sent it back; it was not filed until I called to question it and then the information was put in an old computer system. I was then charged for a coverage that I denied (via the paperwork that wasn't filed). I have been trying since early February to get the coverage removed from my policy. It's been 4.5 moths of calling and getting no answers. My emails are rarely returned. Nobody makes an effort to contact or update me on the process. My auto policy is supposed to go up almost $200 for "living in a city" even though I have lived at the same address since the beginning, I was told my previous address was used for the first 6 months of coverage."
