"Can’t wait to dump these people. It was the worst mistake of my life. Their mail in prescription program. Absolutely stinks. I haven’t had my meds in three weeks because of them them."
"Moving to NH from MA and looking for information on how to proceed. People (when I could get a human) were useless. Drove to Manchester to talk to someone in person. Was stopped at the door and told “We don’t take walk ins!"
"truly the worst experience with insurance that I have ever had. They won't pay your providers and then refuse to pay you back when you pay it out of pocket to avoid having it affect your credit. I've been trying to get a regular annual visit, in-network paid for months."
"Anthem has been the worst Medical and Dental provide I have ever had. I wish we had more choices in New Hampshire. Often I get claims denied for the wrong reason, and then have to call their terrible customer service line which is offshore. After waiting forever I can sometimes get a supervisor to correct the denied claim. The web site is also terrible and very hard to find what you are looking for. Anthem BCBS New Hampshire is also very expensive."
"The worst insurance provider I have ever had. I purchased both medical and dental through the ACA. The initial signup was a nightmare. Confusion over billing and coverage and CSR's that do not speak or understand clear english resulted in many many many hours (dozens) of phone calls into their center. Currently I face knee replacement surgery and I have been given both a "yes" and a "no" about their acceptance of my doctor into their network. As of this morning, to get a more firm answer, I attempted their call center and web site only to find both down for at least an entire morning. Stay away!!"
