"I purchased a $150 Groupon for MedSpa and made an appointment before a big event. The staff called me less than 24hrs before the appointment to tell me that I had been to this spa before so I couldn’t use the GroupOn. I had not remembered the visit. No problem. My bad. I asked them to apply the GroupOn toward the regular price of the facial and I would pay the difference. I have had many spas do this in the past with expired GroupOns. They refused and claimed I could just ask GroupOn for a refund. That is a lie. You can only get a refund on a GroupOn if it is less than 3 days from the time of purchase. So I am out $150. Either way, I remembered why I never returned to this spa. (I always return to spas I found through GroupOn if I enjoyed the experience.) The staff was rude then too and the hydrafacial didn’t give me the same results that other spas have."

"Laser hair removal is a failure here. I did a full 6 sessions, and while I understood that maybe not everything would go away, I certainly wasn’t expecting all the progress I made to completely reverse. It was all just temporary. A year later, and it’s like the laser never happened. I had made decent progress while I was going to the point where the hair was way thinner and most areas were patchy. But now, again, it’s like it never happened. That’s certainly not the case with my friends who went elsewhere, even years after they stopped (and, like me, had not gone to the point where it was 100% gone). What a waste of money."
