"This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. As I walked in, the girl at the counter was sleeping on the couch. The site clearly says walk ins are welcome but she kept saying "call call?" After taking me to a room she said $40, I asked her why $40 when she didn't even ask what service I wanted. And she said cash only and I had to pay in advance. I was very put off by the whole thing and left immediately. They not only don't know how to speak English, customer service is horrible."

"This was my first time at this location and I will not be coming back. I was not familiar how things went and there was zero to no instruction from staff, which are it difficult for me to truly feel comfortable. A small bit of body shaming also took place within the first 10 minutes of the massage. I was asked if I was pregnant and poked in the stomach a few times. My therapist was in and out of the room, taking phone calls, and didn’t use any lotions or oils until half way through my service. While the pressure felt good, all of these little things made the service not as enjoyable. Towards the last 5-10minutes, a completely different therapist came in to swap with the person I’d been with. Upon leaving, I was harassed to give a tip by two different people. I was told this place was cash only on the phone, but when it came time for tip, they magically had a credit card machine for payments."
