"Dedham medical aesthetics is my favorite place to go for botox, fillers and medical grade skin care. Their space is beautiful and clean. Their staff are super welcoming and friendly. I love that they are realistic and communicative when trying to achieve a goal appearance (in my case lip filler and botox). They never push additional services or products on you in an uncomfortable way whatsoever. Their communication and response time is near immediate via the chat option when booking and consulting. Kate is the nurse who I get my services from and she makes me feel super comfortable the entire time. She makes it painless and stress free (spoken from someone who does not have a high tolerance for needles or pain). She is exceptionally helpful in directing which product would be best for a particular desired appearance and how much to get. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!"
