"honestly one of the worst hair experiences I have had in quite some time. I called many different places asking if they had anyone who could do fantasy colors. geraldine recommended one of her stylists. I booked and that stylist ended up leaving me sitting in the chair with bleach on my head, as she had a personal emergency, and someone else had to rinse me and apply the hair color. I sat for WAY too long with bleach, and had booked especially to be with this one stylist. I did not want just anyone doing my hair in bright colors. I also had booked a cut but was told to come back for it another time after spending 5+ hours there. When I tried to reschedule the cut, no one answered me for days until I called, and no real apology was made for the incredibly bad service I recieved. I really am disappointed they strung me along so many times and offered such bad service when they couldve just recommended someone they knew had the time and ability to do what I wanted. Don't make your clients bring their own hair dye in and still mess the color up..."
