"I had my first appointment here a few days ago and it was a fantastic experience. The salon was extremely clean and tidy. The front waiting area also has an amazing range of products you’re able to purchase. The receptionist was very kind and offered me a beverage as soon as I checked in. I waited less than five minutes for my stylist, Emerald, to come get me and she was amazing! Super friendly, listened to all of my wants and concerns about my hair, and happily chatted with me throughout the rest of my visit. She was extremely thorough and took her time to make sure my hair was cut exactly the way I wanted it. I got explanations about all the products being use on me and she answered every question I had with thoughtful responses. The hair washing stations are beautifully comfortable (which is difficult to find in most salons) and overall - the entire experience was amazing. The prices are higher than the local SuperCuts, of course; But I truly believe every dollar I spent there was worth it. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending the salon and Emerald to my friends and family."
