"I made a formal complaint about older male Leison Manager at Portland office yesterday, regarding disability discrimination mentioned in prior review. My orders were ready to pick up today (as of last night), but when I called today, they said NELC was refusing service, and I needed to go elsewhere with no explanation as to why. This is retaliation. I am a NJ fed patient with no pump, or formula going on 20 days, of bolus feeds. They are a non-profit, designed to help people in need. Now, I've got a delay in supplies, and need to drive to MA for them all. Don't give NELC your money, they only see you as dollar signs. You are more than that, preserve your dignity. Try Coram, in MA instead."

"I came in when I was told by NELC and my PCP that my orders were in and I could try to pick up my supplies before close. I am NJ fed but have no pump, or formula right now. The Portland Office Manager, older man, berated me for not understanding that my orders were there but invalid. I have a learning disability...he said in an aggressive tone "What are you not getting through your head? We don't have orders to dispense to you" and walked away angrily .Unfortunately, I have to give them my business this month because I need my supplies but I will be changing suppliers because of this manager. They are a non-profit, acting like they're all for profit. Disheartening."

"Money hungry company. Medicare told me I'm covered under part B for my insurance for full at home infusion therapy + medications, and am told New England Life Care will not bill part B because they can get more money by only accepting part D Medicare. Very shady company refusing to give on home services because they want to squeeze every penny they can out of their customers insurance."
