"This place stole our money. We were running late and tried canceling the trip. (We were running late by 2 minutes.) Instead of canceling they said they would wait 5 minutes (as we did call and tell them). We rushed as fast as we could on the hour and a half drive there (with three kids), to pull up and the boat literally just leaving. The gate literally locking in front of our faces. They wouldn’t stop which is fine. I tried asking for a refund (again), and they wouldn’t allow it. The “manager” came (whose name is Ben), and told me there was no way I could get my money back nor a credit. I begged him and he said there was just no way and that he’d have to give everyone their money back who was late or did not show... I also found out this company runs the parking lot that charged 50 dollars just to park! Just across the street it was a dollar an hour! They are thieves and HORRIBLE business owners. I do NOT recommend them to anyone. We ended up going across the deck to another company who was 1/2 the price and treated us so nicely."
