"This is a very educational and informative sail for those who are interested in learning (scientifically and practically) about sailing, and gathering info about the area and various local sites. It's a more structured sail than others we've been on, starting out with being assigned seating. The crew are quite friendly and knowledgeable, and Captain Sean is a wealth of information and experience. With all of that being said, if you're looking for a more relaxed sail, just watching the ocean slip by, and looking at the sights, without information being imparted throughout, then perhaps a different sail is what you're looking for. For an interactive/learning sail, this is the one for you. It just depends on what your preference is."

"We did the sunset cruise aboard the Eastwind Schooner. We had a great time! The Captain and crew were very nice. They were very inclusive, allowing many of us to help hoist the sails. The boat was absolutely beautiful. They even sell beer, mixed drinks and non alcoholic beverages on board. It got a little chilly after the sun went down so they even offered blankets to some of us that looked cold lol Overall 10/10 experience. Definetly recommend doing this is your in the area!"

"Wanted to go on the water, and opted for the classic sail boat over the ferry style boat for the experience. I am sure glad I did, because it was such a great time! I had never sailed before, and this was great for a first timer. The crew was excellent and kept the drinks flowing (if you want one), and the captain was very welcoming and warm. They allowed the passengers to take part in the sailing experience and the captain also shared a bunch of history about booth bay and some interesting sailing facts. So glad we visited and highly recommend you do the same!"
