"I sent my son and his fiancee to Horizon to plan their honeymoon which was my gift to them for their wedding. All the agents where extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took care of everything from flights, to transfers, and hotels. It was a smooth process and everyone was very friendly. The agent we used has been with them for over 25 years and was able to tell them exactly what were the "must see's and do's" and what to avoid and watch out for. I have been a resident of Dover my whole life and I know this business has been here for over 35 years. What we liked most was the personal touch and being able to talk to someone face to face with real experience. I also like to give my business to local companies and their final price actually beat what we found online by several hundred dollars. In my opinion you just can't beat the first hand knowledge and experience they have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"She messed up my flight to Europe and I had to pay an extra $120 to check bags when it was a simple box to check when you book flights. Its a simple process, buy flights and check the "yes I want to check bags and pay a few dollars more", instead I had to pay almost 3x more because I had no idea it wasnt included. This seems like a simple task for a travel agent to know. I wanted to give the travel agent the benefit of the doubt, but now will be booking everything myself from now on. Would not recommend."
