"Paid ~$3,400 to enroll in mandatory healthcare out of pocket through a student portal. I waited and never recieved an ID card. Apparently the money was just thrown into a void. The case has been "escalated" for over a week, but I have no way to seek further information. I have urgent health issues that need to be addressed, and cannot recieve covered care."

"There must be a ZERO stars option for this company. I spent hours on the phone the other day regarding a denied waiver for my daughter for school this year even though she has the SAME coverage she did last year!! They are telling me that because we only have coverage for emergency visits and hospital stays that it's not enough.....seriously??? This is what most out of state insurance companies pay for! I cannot purchase additional insurance because her coverage her in RI would cancel out!! I do not understand this....and because they are sourced out of this country it's impossible to explain this to them!! This company is a joke and I will be contacting the school directly. I will no longer communicate with them."

"I’m not sure how this is a functioning company considering the incompetence I have dealt with from them the last few months. My enrollment was pending for over a month up until I had to send multiple emails for someone to get around to approving it because I wasn’t on their main spring/summer enrollment list. Once they did approve me I STILL could not get an ID card. When I reached out to them to ask for assistance they gave me not one, but TWO wrong numbers of insurance companies to call. One of the numbers was a company they haven’t worked with since 2018! I had to go around Gallagher myself to find Wellfleet’s contact information and finally got my cards. Unbelievable."

"0 star, even negative stars. I paid for my wife insurance coverage in August, 2022 but it was not active until Dec 1, 2022. I have made a tons of calls to them but it's not resolved at all for nearly 4 months. We had to cancel all my wife doctor appointments during that period. Everytime I called for support, they promised to get back in 48 hours, but it never happened. I wanted to get a refund for the period that the insurance wasn't covered, they denied. Plus, their website sucks, it wouldn't let me enroll my dependents, it would calculate the payment incorrectly. I had to email, call them for enrollment and it lead to this whole nightmare. It just sucks overall."
