Reviews
"United Behavioral Health does not manage its own account but contracts #OptumHealth to manage its accounts, do they know that #OptumHealth has many business challenges, just ask your prescriber or any doctor or patient, ask them how they feel about United Health/Optum medical insurance services. Optum is an provides-minimum-value middleman that does not add any perceiveable value to my health services. It is a serious bad decision when a company choose to include United Health/Optum as an option to their employees #OptumHealth lacks knowledge in the health management market and its dismal customer rating speaks for its performance. Do they have any qualified U.S.-trained health advisors? Recommend United Behavioral Health use its own in-house employees to increase accountability and real-customer ( i.e. patients' employer) performance."
"Inundated with unwanted junk mail Medicare Advantage mailings with no process to stop the mailings."
"Absolutely WORST customer service. Can’t seem to change my pcp for six months!!!"
"I have been affiliated with Unitedhealthcare for many years. I referred many friends and family. In January UnitedHealthCare reduced my Personal Care Attendant hours from 35 to 12 hours a week; no 12-6 am services. They have not allowed me medical supplies nor a hearing. as yet. They should not treat me,an elderly and disabled person with their non caring disposition."
