"I've been trying to track down a reimbursement for my wife's allergy test that was paid by the insurance company. We had to pay out of pocket even though they are contracted with Blue Cross. Long story short when I called again for the third time to find out where the reimbursement check was, the receptionist or person answering the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I would advise finding somewhere else to get allergy testing done."

"Will refuse to see clients with MaineCare even if MaineCare is a secondary insurance and you have for example Anthem.. they also won’t take cash. I’d like to pay for my appointment upfront with cash and they say no. They wound give any reason as to why. They way the simply refused to even speak to me in my inquiry about becoming a new patient is discriminatory. Do me a favor call them and inquire like I did and tell them this is wrong. But be warned the receptionist is extremely rude."
"The doctor was incredible. He did everything and found the allergy’s i had. The woman at the front counter was not polite. I called Many times for a medication that the doctor said he would prescribe for my allergy’s that would get rid of them. Of course it was a medication had to get a pre approval i understand But a month and a half later i get A letter in the mail to pay more money. I dont Think so. The woman is rude."
