"*Update* Kyle had reached back out and after talking for awhile we got it all worked out he took it back fixed the issue, communication was much more on point (which is a big deal for me) answered any and every question I had. I have a really hard time trusting and get paranoid easily with vehicle issues from past problems, so am optimistic with moving forward and hoping we can build a trusting mechanic, clientele relationship. Would love to have a long trusting mechanic that I am proud and confident in sending others who are in need of one. Will be giving him other chances moving forward. This experience and solid communication was much more positive and he has redeemed himself. 4.5 out of 5 stars. Hoping for more continued positive future experiences with him when mechanic work is needed so I can fully give that 5 out of 5 stars. But he has definitely redeemed himself from that 0/10 Needed a fuel pump changed. Communication while he had vehicle was off but gave him the benefit of the doubt, got my vehicle back with 2 problems it didn't have prior plus still having original problem it went in for. Has not answered any call or responded back to any text to get these issues corrected. Not happy feel scammed out of $300 and like he just saw an opportunity to take advantage of a young woman to make a quick $300 0/10 do not recommend"

"Kyle is nothing short of a lifesaver. My 2017 CRV went into limp mode on 95 South near Warwick, RI a couple of hours into my 10 hour drive to DC on a Sunday morning no less. I was wrapping my head around finding a hotel and losing a day or two of work when I found Kyle on Google. He was incredibly professional, capable and quick. He listened to my problem, surmised over the phone that the issue was a faulty ignition coil, picked up the part en route to meeting me and had me on my way after 15 minutes of expert work. I cannot say enough good things about Kyle -- his professionalism, honesty, and technical expertise. Thank goodness he is out there!"
