"I generally like the Sullivan team. Coming from MA they were on my list of GoTo Places when needed. I moved to NH and went straight to them for a quick inspection. 8month later to renew and found out there were different regulations for tinted windows. I appreciate that I passed inspection in January as I had enough on my plate. But, a courtesy message of fix the tint before the next inspection would have been appreciated. Now with a couple weeks left, it leaves me in a bind and all this rain doesn't help the situation and the amount of time left to get this fixed. Update 12/20: I wanted to give this location another try. But they con people to wait 2.5-3hrs to add new tires. Please be aware it should not take more than 1hr for new tires and alignment. It took this location 30minutes a tire, then it sat for 40minutes before bringing it to me. It is very disappointing. I'd like to see the owner make things right. In addition, they overcharged me because they didnt understand the promo going on. Beware."

"I went to Sullivan Tire due to constant low pressure tire and I was told per Randy with a nail in there. After being Service, I was told they took out the nail and patched up the spot. Next day, my tire was low pressure again, went back to Sullivan for additional questions and demanded an answer, Randy couldn't spot the patch (unbelievable answer he had given) to find out, tire was never patched up in first place. They then patched my tire after having to go back with complains. You can tell it was freshly patched with wetness on my finger then. Randy gave bad business to customers like me with false bad accusations and a bad reputation to Sullivan Tire overall. I am far beyond disappointed and not happy with their service. I strongly recommend that if you are an Asian, please don't go there for service. I felt discriminated."

"Randy was amazing all around. He was very information and knowledgeable of what tires I would need that were comparable to the ones I've had. The pricing was right and the service was great. I will continue to get tires here if Randy is there. Be sure to avoid working with the old guy there, he'll make up something and try and upcharge you for it. Randy saved my day and didn't let this happen to me when he tried. LOL"
