"I went into Autozone on 1/14 to purchase a headlight. However, I also got terrible customer service. The cashier was a skinny man who seemed very agitated. I didn't think much of it since we all have bad days. However, another one of your employees behind the counter farts very loudly behind the cashier. The cashier yelled at the other employee using profanity and although his anger is justified, he should have been mindful of the customer in front of him. The employee who farted should be ashamed of himself for being disrespectful in front of me and the cashier. I has the sense that there may be some workplace bullying going on and the farting employee should keep in mind the consequences of his actions. I also recommend that both employees look at themselves in front of a mirror and ask themselves some questions regarding how they go about life and the choices they make."

"Fast service from knowledgeable employees. I needed a new battery and Adam was straight to the point with me which I always appreciate. We looked at the different options, made a selection and he had it installed in under 30 minutes, which was impressive given the state of the previous battery. While he was doing the install he also gave me some advice on a few other maintenance jobs I needed done. Overall a great experience, will definitely return in the future."
