"Went to the hollow for dinner at the bar. Ordered the hallow burger, brussel sprouts, kale aesar salad, and a beer. Total came to about $50. Not terrible. The food was excellent. The burger was perfectly cooked. The kale caesar I definitely recommend, it was big and tasted great. The sprouts were ok. A bit spicy for my liking but good. The burger does come with a spicy ketchup too so be aware. The service was pretty good, very friendly. But was doing many things at once like stocking and chatting with customers more than they should. Was hard to get another drink or to ask for anything. Other than that I would definitely go back again."

"Awesome place for food and drinks. They have a great food menu with lots of tasty options. The venue is friendly, warm, and with a chill vibe. I notice that there were a lot of locals, which is always a good sign. Jill, the cute bar tender recommend the Brisket sandwich. It was delicious. I got sweet potatoe fries instead of regular fries. Their wine and drink selection is great, and they also had fresh made sangria. I also ordered the bread pudding, but it was ok. Inwould get something else. I'll definitely come back again next time I'm back in Albany for work or pleasure and tryother ies in theor menu."

"DELICIOUS! What a fantastic restaurant! The food was such great quality, the atmosphere was lovely, and our service was amazing! The food was Very good, quick, fresh, and delicious. Plenty of great options. From the drinks & apps, to the dinner & dessert, it was all amazing! Our server, Justin, was also probably the best server we've ever had! Hilarious, confident, great vibe & personality, very attentive, and very knowledgeable about the food & menu. Fantastic personality and a sense of humor!!! Our favorite server ever, hands down. Would absolutely go again!"
