Welcome to Ichiban & Chang’s Garden! Located in the heart of Albany, NY on Western Ave, we have been serving award-winning Japanese and Chinese cuisine to the Capital Region for over 20 years. Our menu features a variety of Japanese dishes including teriyakis, tempuras, sushi, and sashimi entrees, as well as handcrafted sushi rolls. We are known for our modern interpretation of classic cuisine and always use the freshest ingredients available.

Some of our popular dishes include Beef Negimaki, Kani Salad, Seaweed Salad, King Pao Lo Mein, Happy Family, Dragon & Phoenix, Triple Delight, Honey Chicken, Pineapple Duck, General Tso’s Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and many more. We also offer a variety of teriyaki, nigimaki, and tempura entrees, as well as yakisoba and noodle soup options.

"Best Chinese food spot in Albany, it’s 2023 and it’s hard to find good Chinese food after 8pm. The workers are nice they also gave me a large portion. I highly recommend! This saved me a drive and when I got my food it was still hot !"

"i ordered dinner for me and my fiancé from here we hadn’t eaten all day so we were excited for this food. when we got home and opened the general tso chicken it looked like this. if i didn’t walk here i’d go back and complain in person it’s that upsetting."
