"If you're the owner, please don't bother replying with the automated copy/paste message. DO NOT have your hospital send the CPAP order to this place. Go to Cape Medical or elsewhere. This was by far the worst service trying to get my CPAP machine. They could not find me nor they ever called when my insurance company said they have sent the authorization in. Literally for a month, they couldn't find my request from Wentworth-Douglass after doing a sleep study when they tried to fax Lincare another documentation. After a month, I had the hospital send the request to Cape Medical which finally got processed."
"I got a CPAP machine been waiting since May 2022 for a mask. My doctor sent numerous requests. Claire says I'm not in compliance well I would be if you did your job Claire. Then Claire tells her supervisor I said Medicare won't pay which is a lie that's not what I told her and I said she needed to quit lying to her Supervisor. Think I need to seek out a some non compliance law suit on Lincare"
"My Doctor sent a prescription to the Rochester Lincare back in October 2022 for a replacement CPAP machine. I never got one. I called them in January of this year to check on its; status. They told me that they didn't have my prescription. I called my doctor and they sent another one. I called Lincare and they told me that they received it. So here it is June 1st and still no machine. I called them yesterday and explained my situation. The woman that answered the phone basically said the prescription is now too old and expired. They never called me to give me that news, Now I need a new scrip and will need a new provider. These people in Rochester are inept and unprofessional."
"Lincare has been my oxygen supplier for many years now. I can't say they are great to deal with. An example I was issued a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) and it broke. They have it now and have informed me that it could take 3 months to repair. I personally find that unacceptable. Needless to say there is nothing I can do about it. I will say, the house concentrator has needed replacement twice and they were quick to resolve it. I would like to add that I personally spoke with a representative from the oxygen store and was told they can deliver a POC within 48 hours. That being said why can't lincare have a quicker turn around? More importantly why don't they have backups."
"I wish it were possible to post a review with ZERO stars. One star is too high of a rating. We are continuing to receive an increasingly higher bill each month, now, FIVE months AFTER RETURNING all equipment. Not only was the bill PAID IN FULL five months ago, but TWO OVERPAYMENTS were refunded and billing stopped for one month BEFORE BILLING RESUMED THREE MONTHS AGO. Three telephone calls after the receipt of each mounting bill, where each representative "SAW" the error and "CORRECTED IT" and we are still subject to this harassment. We are NOT happy and will never recommend this company. The in-person technicians are wonderful. The on-the-phone representatives are friendly and sympathetic. The BILLING Department which represents the Lincare Company has destroyed the Lincare reputation. This problem began in July. It is now November. We feel harassed."
