"Customer service is beyond trash. Called them to find out about my policy because I'm getting a cancellation notice and the girl there tells me rudely that she doesn't have time and to call back. We go there to find out in person and there are people at the desks not doing anything yet not willing to attend you. You try and give these places the business and they could care less. Would not recommend them and definitely avoid the headache."
