Costco Tire Center

"Disappointing experience at the Tire installation center. I brought my car in for tire installation(purchased at costco). I returned the following day to find that the tire pressure was low(i thought they messed up the tire sensors). Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the tires were not inflated properly during the initial installation. This resulted in a wasted trip and additional time spent dealing with the issue. I was not impressed with the quality of service provided by this establishment."

"Oscar in particular was outstanding. He was very friendly and kind. He got me serviced within the time it took me to grab my shopping items and all that on a walk-in on a Friday. Not everyone puts in the extra effort on a Friday but he did!"

"Oscar and Steve went way beyond their normal work to help our family with an unexpected emergency. We got a flat tire in Boston at around 9:00 PM, and since my tires were old and would have needed replacement within the year, I figured we should just spring the money for a new set at Costco rather than try to patch a 6 year old tire. Since it was almost 10:00 PM by the time the tow truck had my car, we had the tow truck drive to Costco with the expectation being that we would drop it off and come back the next day for the service. To our surprise, Oscar and Steve were working late on another project and they greeted us at the store and started helping us with the paperwork and services. Finding that our desired tires were not in stock, they ordered the size for delivery the next day and then installation. We were able to pick up our car and drive away the next afternoon. It would have been perfectly within their rights to just wait for us to come back the next morning but their involvement gave us some peace to an otherwise annoying emergency. I will never get tires anywhere but Costco."

"Got my new set of tires installed. I ordered them online and feel I got a decent price. My appointment was almost 2 weeks out from when I ordered but that was fine (while I was there waiting I learned they were up to about 20 days till the next opening for an install). The day of my appointment I arrived 20 minutes or so early. It took almost that long for the guy behind the counter to get to me even though there were only 2 people in front of me. He was answering the phones, calling in orders, checking stock, dealing with installers and customers... Again, that totally was fine, he was very busy and short staffed. He was doing a great job and that's all you can ask for. I felt bad for him, he looked super stressed. I would have been overwhelmed if I was him. When he got to me he quickly checked me in and asked for my key. I asked him if it was OK for me to wait in my car, he said that's fine. I'd say I waited about 10 minutes or so and someone came and got my car. It was really nice outside so I just sat on the sidewalk and watched videos on my phone. It was about 1 hour after my appointment when they were done. They did a good job on the install, didn't damage any of my rims which was my main concern. Straight to the car wash after to clean up my rims and new tires and it was looking 100%. All in all I was very happy with the experience and glad I decided to go there. Also all the staff were great. It would be really nice if they had somewhere comfortable to sit and wait, but it worked out ok. Longest review ever lol, sorry. Hopefully someone reads it all and it's helpful."

"Anthony was awesome! He was friendly and saved me hundreds of dollars by pointing out that my tire's valve actually needed replacement rather than the entire tire itself. He fixed the tire valve and now my tire keeps the correct air pressure rather than slowly deflating over the course of a day. This made my day given the onslaught of potentially costly car issues I've been having recently. Thanks, Anthony! :)"
