"I've rented 2 apartments from Casco Bay Rental Properties in the last 6 years--Both have been very clean and well maintained! The property manager is super helpful and responsive--whenever issues have come up (typical apartment rental stuff, nothing major) it has been dealt with quickly and around my schedule, which I really appreciate! CBRP had brand new heating and air conditioners installed in my most recent property--Really looking forward to having AC this summer. Lots of crummy landlords in Portland but in my experience CBRP hasn't been one of them--I definitely recommend"
