"The bigger scam I've ever seen in my life, I moved the 31 July and I left the apartment in a very GOOD CONDITION. I left the key in a dropbox as instructed and a checklist of all we did. They waited almost a month and then send us a receipt of a supposed cleaning company they had to hire for cleaning. The receipt they billed us doesn’t specify exactly what the supposed company did clean in details just the hours and the exorbitant amount of money they charged us for that suspicious cleaning.On top of that we have to pay an additional $362.82 + deposit they initially had. After several email exchanged he concluded that he gonna sent a check of $97. Be AWARe. It is obviously a scam they are using to particularly target immigrants once they end the lease."

"Just wanted to share one of my worst experiences with Terrace Ponds with you. Both current residents and new tenants should take note of this important message. After we finished cleaning the unit, we finally left the building. After a month of waiting our security deposit, we received a statement listing a long number of bills, including carpet cleaning, maintenance, and paint costs and kept our $1475.00 security deposit on top of the fact that they still owed us $362.00. Please take my advice here and do not leave the area without first checking with them. After a long discussion, they finally explained that they had to charge us for painting because the wall required primer before it could be painted. Additionally, they were unable to show us the specific clause in the lease that required us to pay for painting and primer and until now we have not receive any receipts from the carpet cleaning company and any other things. Please do not be duped by Sean, the property manager, who looks to be a really kind person but he is not. They are not good people. And Pizzo property management are scammers who take advantage of their residents. Let me tell you one thing, Mr. Walter maybe one day, you will walk into a trap from which you will be helpless. Just remember that!"

"I have Lived her for over 10 years and its an amazing complex and very well run. Any time there is a problem maintenance always arrives within 72 hours to help with my problems. Having a pool and plenty of space to play for children is an added perk. Heat and hot water included is always nice and being right next to a golf course super market and many amenities is very convenient. I would highly recommend Terrace Pond for renting."

"Its been now more than 2 months I live here. Prior getting here, I was wondering that there aren't much reviews of Terrace Pond Apartments over internet... But its like.. no news is good news :). These are very nice apartments. Its peaceful and quite all the time. Neighbors are good. And the manager here is so cooperative and helpful. Although haven't got any chance for maintenance things but I'm confident won't be any problem. Apartment itself was fully done before we moved-in; nice and clean, new carpets, new paint, etc."
