"This is NOT a smoke free property. Cigarette butts litter the walkways, and weed smoke enters through the windows and ductwork on an almost daily basis. We’ve been asking management to remedy the weed smoke entering our unit since we moved in almost a year ago…we have talked to neighbors too…and there has been no progress. Do NOT move here if you expect a non-smoking property or reliable management."

"MOLD BEWARE Pros: The apartment location was wonderful as you could walk downtown and the neighborhood is pretty in itself. Great school system and town to rent in. The apartment was newly renovated with nice fixtures. Cons: I found the staff to be oftentimes rough. Not very responsive to maintenance requests and seemed put off at any request. About a year and a half in our rental mold started to grow along our bedroom ceiling. I requested it be fixed 10 times over the next year and finally they came in and just painted over it after I had bleached it multiple times myself as they would do nothing. Mold continued to grow and one night when it was raining we had a horrid leak in the master bedroom. Maintenance came in and said attic was super wet and they shimmed a temp fix and would have a specialist come. Well, they never came back to fix it and no specialist came and the mold was out of control. Months went by with me calling weekly and they kept saying they’d look into it.. I developed 4 sinus infections in 4 months and finally just broke my lease and paid until it was re-rented. MOLD IS RAMPANT."
