"This has been the most disorganized and lazy apartment complex I have ever lived in! They take weeks to respond to if you have a discrepancy at the unit. On multiple occasions, we had issues with the running hot water. The on-call maintenance responded but never actually fixed the problem. Even after A YEAR. Parking was a complete nightmare. None of the parking spots were labeled; everyone living at the unit ended up "guessing" on where to park. Lastly, we are STILL waiting on our security deposit. We moved out at the end of August. We received a letter in the mail that our security deposit would be mailed within the next 30 days of our move-out date. We are now coming up on 10 weeks since being moved out! And the worst part is we have contacted them several times now and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Bottom Line: Living at this apartment complex is not worth the hassle!"

"No heat or hot water for atleast a week this year after being told it’s been fixed already. Last year was 3 days without heat or hot water. Could atleast discount rent or something to make up for it."
