"Is it possible to leave zero stars? I Never leave bad reviews but this place blows my mind. Absolute no true care for patients in need of psychiatric help. The Dr sent my very first tele-link to my phone which was not received for whatever reason. I waited thinking he must be behind and hasn’t sent it yet. Tried calling multiple times, left multiple voicemails and emails. No reply. Finally spoke to a kind on-call provider who agreed I should have this resolved. Only to be told over email I’m kicked out of the practice for being a no show and to find another office. Are you kidding me????? Then a phone call from another front desk woman scolding me for my concerned mother trying to help me reach the office. Then told “the link was sent, sorry it’s policy, sorry it’s policy, not sure, check your cell provider, all of our other texts worked fine, sorry it’s policy. Find another place that can see you in person.” I feel betrayed, hurt, and worse than I already did. All I can say is as someone who works in the medical field and Truly cares for patients, this would NEVER fly with us. Patients come first especially those in serious need. This would have been worked out professionally anywhere else. Instead, me and everyone I’ve told about my nightmare experience plan to let everyone know to NOT even bother with this joke of a practice. I should have listened to the reviews. Worst medical facility of any kind I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Thank you all for Nothing. To others reading this deciding if it’s the right place for you- I’m begging you- look elsewhere for care."

"I don't understand. They were more than kind to me. I am seeking another round of TMS. I believe because of my scores that it will work."

"Stay away from this place. If you are suffering depression this place will make it worse. I was accused of being a liar until they made me cry, was told "Not my problem " when I needed a PA, scolded and treated like a child for rescheduling an appointment. The worst part is the anxiety of dealing with sweetheart Katy Courtney and wondering what personality she is a which time. Save yourself and don't call this place, my depression was 100× worse at the time I left."

"They don’t verify your insurance before starting treatment. If you miss any treatments due to your disabling depression for which they are treating you, they discharge you from care. They certainly have no empathy, compassion or understanding of mental health disorders and should not be treating patients. It should be gross misconduct to treat patients this way and Dr. Jones should lose his license."
