"The only Doctor's Office where the secretary Katie Wheeler has screamed at me, and my main doctor Tyler has shown very little interest in every visit that at this point I don't even know why I bother with people who don't genuinely care."

"You can have the best doctor, but this office/company is miserable to deal with to get medical assistance. They don't help you, been trying to get my chronic illness diagnosed for over 2 years and they just keep repeating the same steps, the same lab work, trying to force the same prescriptions that cause worse symptoms. Doctor, after doctor, after doctor. Referrals don't get sent, you have to call and sometimes even pick it up to bring to staples and PAY to fax yourself just to get help from another office that's not them. My mom has been dealing with the same issues for 2 years with a LITERAL BROKEN SPINE. Not sending referrals, actually being denied medicine after it was offered, lack of tests done to actually see what the root cause of issues are. They pushed pain management on someone with a spine fracture, and two torn muscles. This place is horrible."

"I have never been so disappointed in an office. Doctor is constantly late, cancels and when she does cancel they won't notify until you're trying to check in for your appointment, but don't worry if you're ever late by a few minutes they'll be the first to cancel your appointment. I will be looking for another office and suggest you do the same."

"Organized and very attentive staff here for sure. Wait times have always been short which is appreciated for many reasons. Reach outs from the office here for reminders on appointments, are multiple and well timed. Rescheduling has been handled with flexibility and collaboration. No complaints from me, and I love my GP!"

"I just had the most enjoyable conversation with Carolyn. I called abt upping my dose of duloxetine. As I described pain she showed empathy, and gave me direct knowledge of what to expect. Checked if my dr would get back to me today before I even said anything and turns out my dr has Wednesday off so without her I would have been waiting. She was funny, kind and quick with everything. Honestly I hope Carolyn answers all my calls bc soemtimes it’s bare minimum, most places, and that’s why Carolyn had the best interaction w me from my standpoint because she only had help and listening to offer"
