"After Dani at the front desk made mistakes with my dog’s prescriptions twice in a row, I’m done with this practice. And while I’m waiting for her to get it right, other staff come out to tell her they can’t overwhelm the doctor cause he’s the only one there and he only comes in at 2:00. Staff shouldn’t be talking about this in front of customers, but it sure explains why I’ve had to wait over a month for an appointment for vaccines."
