"I was asked to leave the practice without warning. I was told I had been generally disrespectful to the staff but was not provided any example or explanation. I was provided exemplary care to that point, I have no idea what happened."

"I originally met with a nurse practitioner to help me manage my Type II Diabetes. She was was very good but she retired after 3-4 visits. Then I saw a different NP on my next visit and she was very nice. But after one visit, she had moved on. Having turnover of this magnitude is just not good for patient care. I was very disappointed.I saw Dr. Babirak one time and he seemed okay except that he wanted to tell me how good a president Donald Trump was. I did not make future appointments. When I called recently to have a prescription refilled, I was told that I was no longer a patient (that was news to me) and they wouldn't fill my prescription. Good riddance."

"I started going to Dr. Babirak in 2014. I really liked him and felt he really was invested in his patients. Over the years however, i started to feel like i was just another number. The office staff was at times rude and not helpful. In 2015 i became pregnant and I felt Dr. Babirak began to be more attentive with my care as i have a pretty rare condition, one that many people do not have when pregnant. But due to my high risk pregnancy and several specialists I had to reschedule several appointments. I did not "no show" I would cancel or reschedule...the office DOES NOT ACCEPT THIS. If you reschedule or cancel they will not keep you as a patient. The office staff will say one thing and do the total opposite. Dr. Babirak is clearly putting money before his care and its sad to see. If you want to be just another ticket in line then this is the place for you. If you want real care and understanding by a provider I suggest going somewhere else."

"Initial visit was great the doctor was very personable. Customer service and follow through is lacking. When I was not able to follow up for a couple months due to financial reasons, and I called back to set up a payment plan and get a follow up appointment was told that maybe I should find another office that was willing to work with me if I wasn't able to pay in full. Left multiple voice mails with office manager an received no return calls."
