"Quiet/rural setting - beautiful surroundings overlooking Lamprey River/Pond. Owner and management very Friendly-helpful. Good mix of tenants of all generations. Pet friendly. Close to Dog park/Riverside Park, stores, eateries. What more could you ask for."

"I would recommend Canterbury Commons if your are looking for a quiet place in a nice, rural setting! Communication with management is easy and responsive. It is a friendly community, and people mostly keep to themselves. Most of the families with children live in the larger units across the lot, so there has been very little noise."

I have lived at Canterbury Commons for 2 years now and would highly recommend this as a place to live for anyone asking. The grounds are meticulously kept by the management team, they work incredibly hard to keep the space looking great. As a tenant they treat you like a human being and will gladly help with any and all issues that you have. When the snow starts to fall don't be concerned, the team always plows on time and will even go out of their way to move your car for you if you cant make the schedule. Bill has helped us out numerous times as if we were members of his own family. Time and time again they have proven to me that they really do care about the work that they do. If you are on the fence please stop by check the place out, it really speaks for itself."

"Canterbury was a great place! The staff was friendly (Bill, the maintenance manager, helped us out on a number of occasions when our pilot light kept going out in the winter!), and the apartment clean and appliances well maintained. The neighbors were generally quiet and friendly as well. Definitely would recommend!"

"My fiancé and I had a great experience at Canterbury Commons. This was a nice, quiet, clean location that is child friendly. The owner and staff were very nice. You can tell the owner cares about his tenants, much more so then experiences we have had in the past. It is also a great location located halfway between Portsmouth and the Manchester / Concord area. We recommend this area to anyone looking to rent."
