Pine Acres Campground 74 Freetown Road, Raymond, NH 03077

"Make sure you bring your pillows. I have been to other campsites with the lodging and they include the pillows but not the linens. Of course we didn’t bring pillows thinking they were going to provide them. This was disappointing. Cleaning could have been better. They left us rolls of toilet paper that were already used not brand new ones. No extra trash bags. The cabin had a weird smell also had to get air freshener. The staff were very nice and friendly. Not much to do at the campsite. It was nice that our cabin was near the lake. We were able to get beautiful pictures with the foliage. There was a bench there if you wanted to sit. Our neighbor had free painted rocks and shells for a donation which were hand painted and so adorable. Didn’t really see many of the other campers. It was peaceful not much noise. Campsite store was well stocked with everything you would need. Only thing is the office and store closes at 4 which I believe is too early. Good thing there is a Walmart and other stores not too far away. We got wood from the man across the street from the campsite. Recommend getting it from there he was selling a wheelbarrow worth for $20. That was a steal! The wood burned good not much smoke."

"Thank you to the new owners of Pine Acres for NOTHING.For the past several years the previous owners were nice enough to allow travelers to use their dump station (for a fee which I have happily paid).For the record I have also stayed there in previous years. But to my surprise they no longer allow that practice And imagine my surprise when I show up and get turned away with a full grey and black tanks that needed to be dumped. I was a greeted by a young man Who despite my pleas was very adamant and slightly annoyed with me and my predicament In closing will do my best to share this with my camping group. That Pine Acres in Raymond New Hampshire. Should be avoided. I for one will always look for an alternative for my camping dollars. And again I was more that willing to pay for the convenience of dumping my tanks. Was by no means looking for any for nothing"

"This campground was really awesome..we stayed in one of the cabins...and the site was nice and quiet. Staff was amazing at the front desk. Only downfall there were no golf carts to rent but hopefully there's always next year. Stayed for a quick weekend get away and it sure was relaxing. When it was time to leave I felt like I was leaving family members behind because the staff was so friendly! We will be back next year"

"Mostly permanent sites. Our site was supposed to be 30 amps, we are lucky if it had 20. We could run 1 electric item at a time. Bathrooms were either closed or unclean. No clean up of down branches. Worst part was being across from pavilion, where they played corn hole and loud music until 1050 pm. Then Sat night they had a dance party where the music was so loud and made no difference being inside the trailer, with a pounding head ache and grandson that could not sleep because it was so loud. Plus you can hear the traffic from highway nearby."

"Second time at this campground. First time was last year it was ok. This time it was aweful. Bathrooms were disgusting. Haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. Toilet paper all over both the men’s and women’s floors. Showers were nasty. Hair, dirty diapers, hair ties, dirty underwear and filth all over the shower stalls. Only one shower of the four in women’s room had hot water and one didn’t work at all. It was august and one bathhouse was already closed for the season. Looked like they didn’t have enough help to keep up on cleaning. All the toilets in the ladies room were dirty with human waste. Clearly nobody that uses the toilets know how to flush. We reserved two campsites and both were littered with alcohol cans and bottle tops. Not cleaned between campers. Garbage , cans and bottles strewn all around down by where the weekenders stay. Place needs a good cleaning but I will never see it because I will never be back. Extremely disappointed. Do better!!"
