The folks managing the property have been clear and helpful communicators. They also brought us a food truck for a neighborhood gathering last spring. :)"

Great open living room, plenty of space in both bedrooms, convenience of a bathroom upstairs and downstairs, and a very large basement great for storage or general usage… 5 stars."

Throughout my life I have rented 10 apartments before this one (3 in Maine, 2 in Boston, 3 in Manhattan, 2 in Brooklyn, NY) and dealt with all types of management company representatives. I can honestly say that Stephen Martin was the absolute best of the bunch: always professional and extremely responsive. We started the rental process just before the pandemic began but he never missed a beat, shepherding us through the application and finalization processes as well as making sure everything was ready for move-in day. The apartment itself is great. Nicely appointed, comfortable, and well maintained. I would recommend Anglers Road to anyone looking for a good apartment in a well-managed complex."
