"I would give this half star if I could. Do not stay here. For context, I'm also a landlord. "Free" Internet wifi is advertised as part of the monthly rent, included. However there is no internet in certain apartments. After multiple attempts to resolve this and a "booster" added by landlord, there is still no wifi for work and there is no ability to amend the rent or month to month lease as a result. Complete lack of responsibility from the landlord's perspective. I'm speaking on behalf of my mother who is not being treated fairly or appropriately, for $650 monthly rent for a literal one-room with bathroom attached efficiency 150 sq ft and tiny fridge no cooking option or stove no kitchen, and this is in rural Windham ME not in Portland. I'm literally disgusted in the lack of resolution and my mother refuses to "rock the boat" any more than she already has."

"First, I'd like to address some of the earlier reviews. I have absolutely no idea what galaxy these customers are from, almost makes me wonder about other disgruntled motel owners in the area because this adorable motel was great. Not only was the room recently update (very beautiful) but the owner and family was super nice! I will most definitely be coming back considering their rates are more than reasonable."

"Rates were much higher than listed on their website, asked owner and she said it was old and not updated, just like their rooms! Took forever to heat up the room, had to ask for the heat to be turned on in person as calling the office wouldn't work. The hot water didn't last long either, and no coffee available, A real waste of money, paid $97 tax included. Don't waste your money! Very disappointed!"

"I have never stayed in a place quite this bad. It smells like urine and also very, very musty. The TV screen was covered with a dirty film. The room was filled with bugs. I had bite marks all over my body. The room was freezing cold. The shower did not work. There were rats on the outside and it was very, very noisy. I would not ever stay there again even if the room was free. The owners are also very rude."

"My boyfriend and I have stayed hear a few times. We had to stay for almost two weeks one time. The rooms are classic, simple, clean, and we liked the owner. He worked with us price wise since we stayed for so long. We felt it was a very fair price. Our kids played together. We will always go back and stay there when we need to. And I would definatly recomend it to anyone :)"
