"Over $800 monthly for a room is pricey if you ask me. Each floor is loaded with addicts, drunks, mental illness & lots of drama all around so be careful who you associate with. Each floor has a bathroom that is shared. You have to lock your door just to use it trust me because theft is common. One night when I was sleeping, my tires were stolen off my car. Woke up to 3 worn tires and a flat. Found out who it was & nothing was done about it. Thank God I moved out as I now live in a decent two bedroom apt and only pay $800 monthly. I do not recommend the edwards inn. You really can't go any lower!"
