"Katie is the best! She was the sweetest and most caring person I met in such a long time. I wish everyone would be just like her in the hospitality business! She was patience with us a bunch of Italian traveling to Augusta and we had a good stay thanks to her! Also a shout-out to the sweet breakfast lady that was there when we stayed there! Rooms are nothing special, breakfast also nothing to mentioned."

"I am deeply irritated and frustrated with the staff concerns and ability to take care of issues. ( Specifically Virginia the manager). We have stayed here 7 days out of the last month and have never had an ant issue. We even carry a vacuum with us to clean up anything our kids leave behind. We are far beyond clean. We literally used the handheld vacuum and sucked up 120 ants in the last 2 days ( in just 2 times of vaccuming) and we brought it to the hotels attention. All we asked was to switch rooms, preferably to an upstairs one. Nothing more, nothing less. This woman made my wife feel like she was below the "other" people that stayed there. Like my wife was not classy enough to accommodate. Let me tell you I make enough money. Sorry I work construction and don't wear a suit and tie, but to pay what we have paid to them and ask only for a room swap so that we feel comfortable in our room is frigging ignorant of this woman. I hope NOONE pays for this hotel and gets treated the way we have. We paid for our comfort. A clean room, higher standards of staff. If we wanted to get treated like this and have a dirty room we would have just booked the super 8. Super ignorant of this woman. I can only imagine who else she has treated this way. I guarantee we aren't the first. She needs to step down from manager and go threw training again on hospitality. 20 years in the hotel industry and this is how she treats people. Absolute trash and extremely disgusted"

"Very nice hotel. Katie on front desk was wonderful, she got us checked in and advised location of a nice restaurant which we needed after a long drive. Room and bathroom were extremely well maintained and clean."

"The room was nice, my thermostat wasn’t working properly and they fixed it quickly. The food on the breakfast buffet wasn’t good and what they did have was slow to be replenished for those that were eating it. When I checked in they only had two sets of two towels so I had to request more towels at the front desk."
