Mill City Pub has a Comfy rustic-industrial atmosphere, with an extensive Draft beer selection, including Local Cider on draft, with an incredible tapas menu. I tried the Sweet Dream Flatbread-- Braised pork, brown sugar caramelized onions and brandy apple+pears topped with melty Gouda cheese---Incredibly delicious... with these homemade dipping sauces and wings with strawberries, blueberries and a sweet glaze making the wings so crispy... YUM. From the amazing renovation we’ve seen at Campus Pizza from this same team, to the high-quality renovation and amazing food I’ve already tasted from Mill City Pub ;-), I know they are going to do really well. I hope to see everyone give it a try (It's open now at 19 Airport Rd, Fitchburg!! Hours: 11 am to 2 am every day) and come back regularly, to patronize our newest business here in Fitchburg, and I think Chris Ryan, Lawrence Lagoy and Jessica Lagoy (Owner) are exemplary of the kind of committed business people we want here in Fitchburg.
