Dunkin'

"Was told the espresso machine was being cleaned at 12 in the afternoon. Waited for it to finish and was given the wrong items with NO espresso in them. And they put a drowning amount of queso on my hashbrowns for some ungodly reason. Not impressed. And not the first time I’ve been told that. Hire less lazy people."

"The thin woman with glasses that works the drive through in the afternoon is the rudest vulgar person ever. She is rude on a good day and today she was absolutely rude and crazy. Lost her mind after she messed up when I asked her not to talk to me like she was she was ridiculous and screamed at me the whole time I was pulling away. She should be fired."

"Every location sucks .. it all starts in the parent company that took over this and many establishments. Say goodbye to these companies. Also the reason no one wants to work for you!!! I want what I pay for. Nothing like $10 for rubber bagels, due to barely toasting it (rushing).. soggy hash browns (premade) and why is every location charging me the Xtra cream cheese.. but not providing it?!?!?!?!!?!??!??? Absolutely herendous places! I should open up my own places and show you low life's how to treat your repetitive paying customers. Your company would fold within a year. I don't cut quality and quantity for my customers now!!"

"asant girl who helped me. She was excellent- now, the team leader with the glasses and bushy red hair, SHE was vulgar and had zero understanding of customer service, food, and contamination. A massive amount of flies by the trash bin, which is located right next to bagels, and Croissants, and other food items, all of which were uncovered. (20) She came to where Jillian was helping me and said, “Wooosa,” which is used almost to say, “I need patience.” that’s when I asked whether you guys have a manager. She then responded with an unprofessional tone, “No, but I’m the team leader.” I said to her she should not be. I pointed out the flies and she went on to argue with me “ there flies everywhere you go” not in a food service environment which is supposed to kept clean. She proceeded to take a container with croissants and place them right on top of the bagels on the other container. Additionally there was a pile of trash on the floor and the trash was likely there since the start of the shift which explains the flies. I would not recommend, red head girl should be demoted and make Jillian the team lead. Customer service goes a long way and so does cleanness! If you don't like your job, give it to someone that deserves it."

"Terrible dunkins food is mediocre and they treat their employees like trash. First they yell and put down new employees instead of helping them understand what to do. Also this Dunkins instead of firing them and being honest they play games like keeping the schedule hidden so said employee can’t come in. Just pathetic alll around."
