"Though I am not a patient here, I can agree with every negative comment on here are the FULLY deserve every single one. My neighbor and dear friend has been a patient at this place for several years. Two years ago, his health took a turn for the worse. These "providers" continued to dismiss him until just a few months ago, when they reluctantly ordered a CT scan. My friend is FULL OF CANCEROUS TUMORS. There is no treatment for him at this stage. He is going to die . He is a brother, a father, and a dear friend to many. He's out of time and it is directly related to the horrible treatment he received from this facility. Please don't go to these bottom of the barrel people. Find a provider that actually cares and has at least a half of a brain."

"I waited over 6 months for my primary care appointment and they just randomly canceled it, the same day it was meant to happen- and didn’t even call me! They called a random number from one of my old files that I did NOT give them. Was on hold for 30 minutes just to learn that “the doctor went home early.” How are you gonna schedule me then my doctor just gets to leave? Why wouldn’t you make my appointment sooner in the day or tell me before 1.5 hours before the appointment… long story short do not waste your time these people are awful and lazy"

"They are lazy answering calls, do not return calls, and they just dont have it together at all. I waited 6 months to “meet my primary” which is a pointless visit anyway that just costs. The thing is, primaries up & leave constantly, and this step needs to repeat. So, i had gotten my welcome package in the mail, and waited. Two weeks prior to my long awaited appointment, i got notification that my primary is leaving the office. I was told i would need to wait until 3 plus months to meet the next one. My friend was told this, too, only he was told the primary went out if general care & into cardiology. I waited the extra time, and again i was told that i would need a different primary. The other one i wanted for was also leaving. I finally got a primary 45 minutes away who was also a real doctor not a nurse. There have been numerous other stressful headaches, lies & mistakex because of this place. But, its local, & many people have no other choice..."

"Dr. Ray made this place a good Health Center he cared about his patients when he left the quality of care left with him they gave me a new doctor after he left she took me off all my meds then quit 2 weeks later then the second doctor they gave me quit I have been raced to the emergency room four times since the doctors at Maine Med we're amazing and believe what they had Done was why this was happening and believe me going into afib with a heart rate from 195 to 200 is a horrid feeling I wouldn't recommend this place for a dog"
